Been a Few Days

I meant to post on this a few days ago, but I got so busy that I kept forgetting or being too tired! And then I had a bit of time last night and was going to type it up on my iTouch, but that thing is too confusing so I needed my computer.

Anyway, yesterday, for the most part, was uneventful. The most eventful thing was in the morning when I worked out!

That's the most calories I've burned since getting my Polar watch over Christmas break. :) I just a 40 minute full body strength workout followed by 60 minutes on the treadmill and 15 on the stationary bike! I only workout 4 days a week (I might try more this week, we'll see) so I like getting my burn high those days.

After my workout I came back and had this lovely postworkout meal.


It's a scoop of Designer whey vanilla protein powder mixed with water, my vitamins, a bottle of water, and a bowl of cereal - Rice Krispies, frosted mini wheats, Special K red berries, and a tbls. granola with lactose free skim milk.

Majority of my day was filled with watching Mad Men (I just started on Netflix and I'm obsessed; Just hit the second season) and taking 1 quiz for a class Tuesday.


I had this ^ twice yesterday (lunch and dinner) because I ordered pizza Saturday night and had a TON of leftovers so I'll be having that for a few days to come.


And these are my snacks from throughout the day: 1) Upper left is a mini chocolate vitatop, some Unreal peanut m&ms and unpictured a bag of 100 calorie popcorn; 2) upper right is a Kid's Z Bar: Iced Oatmeal Cookie; 3) A banana and cinnamon almonds; 4) A chocolate chip cookie dough Questbar and a glass of lactose free milk. More snacks than I usually have but I was just so hungry today from my massive burn in the morning!

I had a few thing to do at night for my sorority and then I finally made it to bed where I watched part of a Mad Men episode and then fell asleep rather quickly.

This morning I woke up extra tired even though I got 8 hours of sleep. :| But, I made it up and made Eggyoat for breakfast (oatmeal with some eggwhites thrown in). And my vitamins.


Now I'm trying to work myself up to reading a chapter for one of my classes tomorrow. Workout comes in the afternoon today and I'll blog again tomorrow morning and hopefully start getting better at understand the blogging world. :)
