I'm Abby, a 19-year-old (soon to be 20 in less than a month, April 22), who strives to live a healthy lifestyle. I'm currently a sophomore at Western Michigan University currently, though after this semester I'm transferring to Oakland University on the east side of Michigan to be closer to my fiancé. I'm currently an English Major (I hope to someday write novels) though I'm constantly wondering about early childhood education.
I started my fitness journey a few years ago and it's been and up and down battle to eat healthy and workout consistently. I try my best and have my issues, but I get past them. I'm hoping this blog will help me consistently eat foods to nourish my body and convince me to workout as often as I can.

- I've been engaged for over one year and by the time we get married, we'll have been engaged for over 2.
- My favorite color is red.
- I love running and my and the man are hoping to do a half marathon October 2013.
- Desserts are my downfall (Literally nothing is left behind!)
- I love being dressed up, but I hate the process of getting ready.
- I'm obsessed with researching about healthy lifestyles.
- I use my Polar watch religiously.
- I want to eventually be in a career where I can help people become their healthiest.
- I want to be a published author in the nearish future.
- Being in the kitchen cooking or baking is one of my favorite pastimes (wish I could do it more at school).
