Ready for the Summertime

Moved back home Friday and celebrated my 20th with my family, fiance, and his parents. Went to a Mexican restaurant I've been going to since I was really young. One of my favorite places definitely. :) Started off with a strawberry margarita with my mom before dinner too. ;)

Was treated really well this year present-wise! A crockpot and blender from my parents and a 12-piece Paula Dean pot and pan set from my future in-laws! All in red which is exactly what I wanted. So perfect.

I haven't been doing so much since getting home, though that will change once I start working officially Thursday. Which is a good and annoying thing at the same time. Last night I popped open a bottle of Moscato and had my first glass ever - really good! Definitely a sweet, dessert wine. On the back it said it would be good with Asian cuisine and I can't wait to try that out!

This morning I FINALLY started my day off right with an hour long fasted cardio session on the elliptical while watching the latest episode of Game of Thrones.

Followed that by some chicken and bbq sauce and a slice of homemade banana bread:

I cleaned some of my room today; it's so messy from moving back home. I literally have no space for majority of my stuff! It's crazy! I don't know where all of it came from. Haha. Not gonna lie - I spent most of today waiting to roast up these babies

And then made the rest of the dinner too. We had baked tilapia (I topped mine with lemon juice and chopped parsley), the sweet potatoes, and peas. I also made a really quick version of guacamole to have on the side - yeah, I like it plain. :P (It was just 1/2 and avocado mashed with a bit of lime juice and about a tablespoon of salsa).

Ending my night with a mug of donut shop coffee fro the Kuerig (first time having it) and pinterest. I'll probably have something to eat in a little bit to tide me over. I have to go into work tomorrow at 1 for training and I don't have any clue how long that will last but shouldn't be more than an hour or two.
